This is where the user can choose the type of information to retrieve from the
database.
Individual Entries: This queries the database for individual entries in the
database.
Alternatively Spliced Junctions: This
queries the database for all alternatively spliced exon junctions.
Constituitive Exons: This queries the
database for all exons which are not alternatively spliced.
Alternative Exons: This queries the database for
all exons which are alternatively spliced.Constituive Introns: This queries the database for all introns which are not
alternatively spliced.
Alternative Introns: This queries the database for all introns which are alternatively
spliced.
Alternative Acceptor Intron/Exon Junctions: This queries the database for intron/exon junctions which are
alternatively spliced.
Constituitive Acceptor Intron/Exon Junctions: This queries the database for intron/exon
junctions which are not alternatively spliced.
Alternative Donor Exon/Intron Junctions: This queries the database
for all exon/intron junctions which are alternatively spliced.
Constituitive Donor Exon/Intron Junctions: This
